
The municipality is represented and its affairs are administered by its council. The Council of the Village of Senneville is constituted of the mayor who represents the interests of the municipality overall and six (6) councilors who represent each a district. In conformity to the Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act (R.S.Q., chapter E-15.1.0.1), Senneville's municipal council has adopted under bylaw 423, its code of ethics and conduct. This code concerns every municipal council member. It establishes the values on which should be founded their decisions and establishes standards of behavior promoting these values as integral part of their decision making process and in general, to their conduct in such capacity. This code will help prevent conflicts of interests and, if they arise, help in resolving them effectively and judiciously. It will also ensure the implementation of measures of control and sanctions in the event of breaches of conduct. View
